Spiritual Direction

Rev. Tony Wong

I feel called to sit with individuals as they reflect on their life journeys, seek clarity, and search for a deeper connection with their authentic selves and the Sacred. As a spiritual director, I am not here to direct people to do this or to do that. Rather, I seek to provide a safe and welcoming space for reflection and exploration.
I strive to listen deeply and without judgment. Some may experience their spiritual director as a spiritual companion. Silence, prayer, and other spiritual practices may also be part of the spiritual direction experience. I have deep compassion for individuals who are struggling with grief and loss, as well as for those wrestling with questions of faith or their spiritual path.
